Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of the order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that there may sometimes be delays due to a high volume of orders or problems with the postal service that are beyond our control, such as a general strike.
For calculated shipping prices: The shipping costs for your orders will be calculated from the weight of your parcel and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT) which are added when the order arrives in the destination country. Mil Prendas is not responsible for these charges if they apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer. How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail notification with the tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking information to be updated on the Post Office or carrier's website.
If you do not receive your order 10 days after receiving the dispatch confirmation e-mail, please contact us at milprendas1989@gmail.com, giving your name and order number so that we can resolve your problem.
Shop collection
You can save on postage by opting for in-store collection at: Rua do Comércio nº35, 8500-633, Portimão, Portugal. After placing your order and selecting "in-store collection" at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 - 2 working days. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready, along with directions.
Our opening hours for order collection are 10am-7pm Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email to hand when you come to collect your order.
Refunds and returns policy
Thank you for shopping at Mil Prendas!
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Refunds are made in the form of credit to be used on any other item available in the store, subject to existing stock.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
Your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds for items sold at the normal price; sale items cannot be returned.
If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at milprendas1989@gmail.com.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a credit to spend in-store within a certain number of days.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the following address: Rua do Comércio, nº35 8500-633, Portimão, Portugal.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Payment methods
You can choose from the various payment options we have on offer: MasterCard, VISA, AMEXl, ATM, Apple pay, among others.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us in order to maintain security and avoid possible fraud.
Billing time
When you place your order and your card is authorized, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully completed.
If your card is not authorized, no charge will appear and you will be notified immediately on the screen that payment cannot be made. You will be asked to provide another form of payment.
Secure purchase
Mil Prendas is committed to protecting its customers' personal information and will encrypt credit card details to this end. In addition, during the purchase process, the Customer's credit card identification number (CVV) is requested. The CVV is a value of 3 or 4 numeric digits that provides encryption control of the information recorded on the card. This security feature is designed to protect the Customer against fraud. Your CVV will not be stored in our systems and you must provide the number each time you make a purchase in the Online Shop.
When the purchase request and the Customer's details have been verified, and the products purchased have left the Mil Prendas shop for dispatch, the price will be charged to your account. If your credit card is not authorized, no charge will be made and you will receive a notice informing you that the payment has not been accepted and asking you to indicate another means of payment. In situations of fraud or similar, we will send you an e-mail cancelling the order and the amount previously charged will be credited.
By clicking on "AUTHORIZE PAYMENT", the Customer confirms that the credit card is theirs or that they are the legitimate holder. Credit cards are subject to checks and authorisations by the credit card issuer. However, if said entity does not authorise payment, Mil Prendas will not be liable for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalise any contract with the Customer.
